Offering Compassionate Support

“What if your anxiety, stress, depression, or relationship challenges are literally the doorway to your transformation? I believe that your struggles are the portals to your healing and self-discovery. In our work together, I bring a heartfelt approach that is informed by holistic spiritual psychology. This means that even as we are untangling your past hurts or welcoming present pain, we simultaneously hold an awareness of the Truth of who you are. This True Self already possesses a depth of wisdom, power, and inherent worthiness.

Often, this True Self is buried beneath resentments, social conditioning, unexpressed feelings, past memories, or false beliefs about yourself and the world. To heal these causes of pain, we will look upon them together with tenderness and care. I will support you in bringing awareness to these subconscious blockages so that you can understand, question, and ultimately release them. You may discover profound shifts towards inner peace and freedom. Many of my clients have described my work as a process of “coming home to themselves.”

What to expect in a session

We begin the session by the client sharing what is present for them, and what topics they want to focus on together. Then in order to go deeper into uncovering what is in the way of them feeling completely clear and at peace, I ask questions, share teaching stories, or we engage in dialogue. My intention is to bring the client deeper down so we can discover what is blocking them. It may be a past memory, or a defense pattern, beliefs about themselves or the world, or unprocessed feelings.

My practice is informed by the Wholeness Method which is an intuitive process intended to do two things: uncover what is hidden from the clients awareness which is causing them pain, and also to support the client in connecting with their Wholeness which is essentially their true self of wisdom, power, and peace.

Some specific things within the Wholeness Method include: uncovering past memories, goal setting, mindfulness techniques and body awareness practices, reconnecting to the intuition to make decisions, expressing feelings, and meditation.
